Fix and Flip loans are used to cover the purchase price and rehab costs of residential investment properties. These fix and flip loans are meant for short-term rehab projects, with term lengths up to 18 months. At Roc Capital we’ll cover up to 90% of the purchase price of the property and 100% of the rehab costs.
Fix and Flip loans are for real estate investors who plan to rehabilitate and resell their investment properties. They are not for long-term investment properties or properties with more than 4 units on site. If your borrower has more than 4 units on the property, see our Multifamily program.
