The Multifamily Loan Program is perfect for small balance residential properties with more than 5 units. The minimum loan amount is $500,000 and is perfect for rehabbing a multifamily property.
For general loans, Roc Capital covers up to 80% of the as-is value and 100% of the rehab costs. For refinancing, Roc Capital covers 75% of the as-is value and 100% of the rehab costs. Whether your customers are starting a new project or giving new life to an old one, Roc Capital has your and their back.
